Return & Exchange Policy

At Tiemondz, we aim to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you're not completely satisfied with an item, we offer return and exchange options.

Returns:

  • We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition to qualify for a refund.

  • Please contact us at walchvinc21@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on the part of Tiemondz.

Exchanges:

  • We offer exchange options for items that are defective or incorrectly delivered.

  • Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the merchandise to request an exchange.

  • The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition to qualify for an exchange.

Process:

  • To request a return or exchange, please contact us at walchvinc21@gmail.com and provide your order number.

  • Once the return is approved, send the item back in its original packaging to the provided address.

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a refund or send a replacement item, as per the customer's preference.
